My husband and I had these fabulous mango mojitos in Puerto Rico on our 2010 trip, 4th of July was the perfect opportunity to try out our recipe.
Fresh Mangos (peeled, frozen and cubed)
Muddle 1/3 lime, 1/4 cup sugar, and 7 mint leaf
In your blender add 2 mangos (you can use 1 mango and 10 pieces of ice-won't be as creamy)
Add 1/2 cup rum (to taste)
Add the muddled lime, sugar, and mint
Add 1/2 slice of pineapple (optional)
Blend until creamy and smooth.
